Sunday Morning Worship
8:30am – 1:00pm
Childcare for preK & under is available for all services
8:30 am & 10:45 am in the Sanctuary
Our traditional worship services provide a time where you can worship and encounter God in a traditional setting. Music includes the traditional sounds of a piano and pipe organ, the Sanctuary Choir as well as other musical ensembles and handbell choirs.
Both services take place in our sanctuary, where you will find cushioned pews, a choir loft located behind the raised chancel and altar area, and multimedia projection screens containing lyrics and information that support the worship experience. Bibles and United Methodist Hymnals are located in each pew.
These services tend to be a little dressier, but feel free to come comfortable.
Communion is served by intinction during the services on the first Sunday of every month.
Communion is also available every Sunday at the altar rail in the sanctuary immediately following the 8:30 am service.
10:45 am in the Family Life Center
Known as the "Celebration Service", this service welcomes all to participate in an uplifting, powerful, spirit-filled and prayerful worship experience that truly seeks to get people to the heart of worship... it is about God!
Contemporary praise music is integral to the experience, but our desire is not only that we come together to praise God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, but to hear what God has to say to us in order that we may take the Gospel Message to the world. The music, message, and everything else about the service is designed to allow the participants to recognize the relevance of God’s word in today’s world, and to boldly go out and live in a way that defines that relevance.
From your Sunday best to jeans and tennis shoes, this is a more relaxed service.
The service is led by our Worship Leader Reggie Clemons and the Celebration Singers and Praise Band. It is held in our Family Life Center where you will find this multi-purpose room transformed into a contemporary worship setting with individual chairs, dimmed theatrical lighting, and a stage housing a full band and contemporary worship singers. Large projection screens display text and information to support the worship experience.
Communion is served by intinction during the service on the first Sunday of every month.
