Looking for some exercise this Summer? Come join us for a Wednesday morning session of prayer, spiritual music, and walking. We will begin each session with a 15-minute devotion and then start walking a circuit around the MFC while listening to a variety of traditional and contemporary music. Go at your own pace, rest when you need to, and most of all relax in an air-cooled space. And as an added bonus, enjoy fellowship with old and new friends!
