Worship Service

Our NewSong service takes place in our Family Life Center.

We are a community of people who love God, care about families, believe in developing and growing friendships around faith, and have a desire to make a real difference in our community. No matter what you’ve been through or where you come from, you are welcome here.

We worship in a relaxed setting, focused on an authentic experience, centered around real relationships with God and one another. Worship will include modern Christian music, a biblical message and communion every week.

Families & Children

We encourage families to worship together. Children are welcome and invited to stay in worship with you if you wish.

During all of our services, we also have a time especially designed for the children ages K-4th grade called PearlandKIDS Sermon Session! Children are invited into a separate space where they have time for fellowship and an age appropriate lesson during the sermon. Children then return to the worship service for communion with their family or the final worship song.

PearlandKIDS nursery is available for ages birth through preschool for the duration of each service. Here your kids will engage in age appropriate bible lessons and songs.

Music

We have open seating with a live contemporary music band where we sing, worship and give our hearts to the Lord. You can sing along to the lyrics on our screens. It’s a relaxed and informal atmosphere where you can enjoy the music and take in the word of the Lord.

Current Sermon Series

Jesus calls us to Go! Go and make Disciples of all nations! What does this mean? During the Lenten Season this year, we were engaged in a series, Practicing the Way, inviting us to a new way of living and becoming transformed. This is what it means to be a Disciple. At its core, the definition of a Disciple is one that is primarily a follower and learner of Jesus Christ. Disciplemaking is simply entering into relationships to help people to trust and follow Jesus. In order to not only become a Disciple, but to Disciple others, we are to dedicate ourselves to learning from and imitating Jesus, embracing His teachings and striving to live like Him. In order to do this there are essential practices we must not only understand, we must also commit to becoming as we live our lives according to Jesus’ teachings. There are critical practices we must adhere to, which are essentials to Discipleship. It is important that we all know if asked, “What does it mean to be a Disciple in your church?” We pray this series will teach all of us exactly that! What it means for us is that we don’t just focus on the church as a place where we create our own comfort. We take the church into the world. And to do this, we must Go!
