As an outreach ministry of Gastrochurch, nutritional meals are provided every 3rd Thursday of the month to homeless individuals in the Galveston area. Since August 2022, a small group of church members from FUMC Pearland has been cooking meals the Wednesday before. We meet in the FLC Kitchen, where cooking begins @ 9:00 am and is usually completed around 1:00p. The meals are transported to Galveston on Thursday morning and served from 10:00 am-12:00 noon.

This is a fantastic opportunity to serve others with REAL value by providing a hot meal to people who may not know where their next one is coming from. The next cooking dates are March 29, & April 19.
